No Sound
Our site is very busy in the afternoons, and therefore a bit slow in responding. So please be patient when the pop up player appears. It may take a minute or so for each streaming audio file to download and start playing.

Also, the downloading and playing of streaming audio files takes up a lot of your own computer’s resources. So it is important to clean up your computer and restore its resources. Do the following (even though you may have done them recently) to make sure that you have adequate windows resources and that you are hooked up to the site properly:

..On your browser tool bar select Tools/Internet Options

..... Delete Cookies

..... Delete Temp Files (including off line files)

..... Clear Internet History

....Close Internet Options Screen

..Empty your Recycle Bin

..Defragment your files.

..Reboot your computer.

..Go to www.tropicalglen.com

These steps improve performance for more than 95% of problems reported on the Playa Cofi Jukebox.

If you still have no sound:

Try downloading and installing or re-installing the Macromedia Flash Player - it is free and available online.

Also, you may need to check your restricted sites –- Internet Options/ Security/ Restricted sites / Sites. If 216.139.210.13 is listed (sometimes shows as 216.139.***), it should be removed from the list –- then reboot.

Finally, if you get an Active X message, you need to go to Internet Options / Security / Custom Level / Active X / Enable.
