Please remember to click the Black Triangle or Arrow at the left of the White Player Bar to initiate the playing of the first song. Also, check that the Volume Control at the right of the Player Bar is Not Muted and the blue bar extends above the speaker symbol.

The downloading and playing of streaming audio files takes up a lot of your own computers resources. So it is important to clean up your computer and restore its resources. Do the following (even though you may have done them recently) to make sure that you have adequate windows resources and that you are hooked up to the site properly:

On your browser tool bar select

.....Tools/Internet Options

..........Delete

..........Temporary Internet Files

..........Cookies

..........History

.....Close Internet Options Screen

.....Empty your Recycle Bin

.....Reboot your computer.

Go to www.tropicalglen.com and select the channel you want.


If you still have a problem:

You may have a firewall problem and need to check your restricted sites:
Go to Internet Options/ Security/ Restricted sites / Sites. If 216.139.210.13 is listed (sometimes shows as 216.139.***), it should be removed from the list – and then reboot.

If the problem persists while using the Internet Explorer (IE) browser, try using the Google Chrome browser. It is much less troublesome than the IE product.
