Jukebox Not Working Properly
My Jukebox Is Not Working Properly - What Can I Do?
Our site is very busy in the afternoons, and therefore a bit slow in responding. So please be patient when the pop up player appears. It may take a minute or so for each streaming audio file to download and start playing.
Also, the downloading and playing of streaming audio files takes up a lot of your own computers resources. So it is important to clean up your computer and restore its resources. Do the following (even though you may have done them recently) to make sure that you have adequate windows resources and that you are hooked up to the site properly:
On your browser tool bar select
Tools/Internet Options
Delete
Temporary Internet Files
Cookies
History
Close Internet Options Screen
Empty your Recycle Bin
Defragment your files.
Reboot your computer.
Go to www.tropicalglen.com and select the channel you want.
If you still have a problem:
Try downloading and installing or re-installing the Macromedia Flash Player - it is free and available online at www.adobe.com/support/flashplayer/downloads.html
In addition, you may need to check your restricted sites - Internet Options/ Security/ Restricted sites / Sites. If 216.139.210.13 is listed (sometimes shows as 216.139.***), it should be removed from the list – and then reboot.
